The staff, including Filipino and Chinese, were friendly. Free shuttle to Macau ferry and Cotai strip casinos. Good breakfast, Chinese restaurants, fruit stall, 24H grocery, and small 711 nearby. Clean, spacious rooms in a convenient location. Upgraded to executive floor by Miss Julie without issues. Gym center available with fewer people.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Macau and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, right in the center of Macau and close to the Taiwanese embassy. It was also conveniently located near the MRT, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a free shuttle service and a mobile phone for guest use. it was a fantastic hotel with many advantages.
The only downside was that the buffet dinner at the hotel was not up to standard.

The staff was polite and friendly, and the room temperature was comfortable. the hotel provided amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer, which was convenient. the hotel also had a good breakfast spread, and the room service was satisfactory.
The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, especially for connecting rooms. Despite changing rooms, I could still hear the noise from the neighboring rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a beautiful swimming pool with both hot and cold jacuzzis that I couldn't resist. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that I could stay in all day if I wanted to. The location was also great, just a short 20-minute walk to the famous Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Macau! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal was a nice added bonus and made getting around easier. The room itself was luxurious and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were so cozy that I could have stayed in the room all day. The bathroom was well-equipped and had plenty of complimentary toiletries. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Macau's business district, making it convenient to visit all the tourist sites on foot. a great value for money.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services.
